Matt is the founder and managing member of Benton Investment Group. Matt is responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Kevin Bengtson

Kevin is part accountant part property manager and keeps us on track with AR, AP, and property maintenance.

Gloria Bengtson

Gloria is our leasing agent and office administrator. She helps our new residents find a place to call home, and our guests feel at home.

Scott Lucas

Scott is our head of construction. Scott oversees our renovation and new construction projects across the various markets we operate in. Scott ensures that our residents and guests experience the level of quality in our product as envisioned.
